Officers find more than a million dollars worth of stolen items during a traffic stop in Buffalo County.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Bryce Kahn, 19, Joseph Stai, 19, and 18-year-old Michael Robertson.

Stai and Robertson were not booked, though. Investigators say they believe Kahn and the other two are responsible for 30 to 60 car break-ins around the Buffalo City area on May 12. Investigators say the three were in a vehicle that Durand police stopped on Monday. Officers say the men took off on foot but were caught after a chase.

Officers found money, checks and documents in their vehicle that tied the suspects to the break-ins. That includes passports, checks worth more than $50,000 and a $1 million dollar insurance bond. Investigators are still looking for other property.
