A Tomah man who wants to withdraw his no-contest plea has a new lawyer. Attorney John Brinckman asked to be relieved from John Tetting Junior's case.
Tetting is charged with being an accomplice in the deaths of 31-year-old Joshua Alderman of La Crosse and 23-year-old Tabatha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids.
Tetting pleaded no contest to the charges in April, but now wants to go to trial. A judge granted Brinckman's request and appointed Attorney Dennis Ryan. A motions hearing is set for July 18th.
