Two teens who just graduated from high school and worked at the same restaurant died when a suspected drunken driver crashed into their car in Ashwaubenon. That second driver, a 45-year-old De Pere woman, faces drunken driving charges in the deaths and remains hospitalized.
Police say her Porsche Boxster was going at a high rate of speed when it hit the side of the victims' Buick as it crossed the intersection near Bay Park Square Mall Tuesday night.
Killed were 18-year-old Talhia Heroux of Brussels and 19-year-old Ashley Britsch-Knetzger of Green Bay. They were co-workers at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
Heroux graduated Sunday from Southern Door High School, where she had been involved in pep and concert bands. Britsch-Knetzger graduated May 24th from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton.
