A Marathon County judge says there is enough evidence to send Dale and Leilani Neumann to trial.
He rejected a motion to dismiss reckless homicide charges against them Tuesday morning.
The Wausau-area couple prayed instead of seeking medical help for their daughter, Madeline's diabetes.
She died on Easter Sunday at the family's rural Weston home.
The judge says prosecutors presented enough evidence against the Neumann’s in the criminal complaint to justify the charges.
