Vernon County Emergency Management says the Highway 14 Bridge at Readstown is now reopened. That announcement came Tuesday afternoon.

Spokeswoman Linda Nederlo says the Wisconsin Department of Transportation closed the bridge in Readstown because it couldn't assess the pillars, but as the water levels went down, the DOT was able to look at the pillars and reopened the bridge. Nederlo says right now more than 100 roads remain closed in Vernon County.
