Vernon County recommends that anyone living near the Yttri-Primmer Dam evacuate.
The county says the Highway 56 bridge will be closed.
Crews are building an air-breach on the dam. That's just in case it rains Wednesday night or Thursday. It's an additional spillway so that the dam can pass more water without a problem.
Crawford County Emergency Management says all bridges in that county are now open.
