The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating an emergency landing at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport last night.
The Eau Claire Fire Department says Northwest Flight 143 from Chicago to Minneapolis landed just before 9 p.m. It had lost cabin pressure. The plane had more than 100 passengers on it.
The oxygen masks on the plane came down, but nobody needed them below 10,000 feet. The plane was grounded last night while crews worked to figure out the problem. All the passengers got off the plane safely. They were bused to the Twin Cities.
