NEW INFORMATION: 2 killed in Dunn County crash

TOWN OF LUCAS, Wis. (WEAU)-- Dunn County Deputies say 30 year old Joshua Larrieu of Menomonie and 57 year old William Larrieu were killed in a car crash on STH 29 early Sunday morning.
Deputies say it appears their car crossed the centerline and was struck on the passenger side by an eastbound SUV.
Both men were not wearing seatbelts.
Deputies say alcohol appears to be a factor but the crash remains under investigation.

TOWN OF LUCAS, Wis. (WEAU) – The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office says two males were killed in a car crash Saturday night in the Town of Lucas.

Deputies say it happened around 11:53 PM between two vehicles on STH 29 west of 110th St.

Investigators say it appears the westbound passenger car crossed the centerline and was struck on the passenger side by an eastbound SUV.

Both male occupants of the westbound vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the SUV was transported to Mayo Menomonie with unknown injuries.

Names are not being released at this time.
