Fitzgerald Given Probation

52 year old Geoffrey Fitzgerald of Iowa was also ordered to pay almost $200,000 in restitution. He pleaded no contest.
Records show Fitzgerald was in a rage when he crashed the mini van and barricaded himself inside. He claims a doctor refused to test him for HIV in 1998. Seven years later, he tested positive for the disease. A malpractice suit against the doctor was dismissed
