Snow plows began clearing state and county highways at 4:30 a.m., and the Eau Claire County Highway Commissioner says state highways will continued to get plowed through the night.
Officials say with road conditions it's crucial for people to slow down and increase following distances.
Law enforcement wants to remind people to clean the snow off their car windows and headlights, because those who don't can get ticketed.
