Many people when they retire take up new hobbies; one Chetek man began to make decorative pieces of stain glass.
Joe Benusa began making the stain glass projects eleven years ago, when he spent three weeks learning from a man he met at a flee market.
The activity began as an occasional past time, but seven years ago it became his therapy following the death of his son.
Benusa says he still feels the pain of his son's death, but cutting glass helps him to forget for a while.
Benusa also says he's no salesman, so usually the only way to get one of his creations is as a gift
