Officials from each UW system school took the first step last Thursday in arriving at a resolution in reference to the resident assistant policy regarding events like bible studies.
Representatives met Thursday in Madison and via telephone on Monday.
The committee discussed individual findings from each campus on the activities RA's can conduct and where those activities can be held.
Recommendations from the committee will be given to UW System President Kevin Reilly, who will determine a possible systemwide policy.
"It was an important first step in defining the roles of r-a's and their unique circumstances as state employees and students and can help devise a new policy," UWEC Vice Chacellor Andrew Soll said.
There is no timetable on when Reilly will reveal the final decision on the new policy.
