New Signs

Some legislation that Governor Doyle signed recently will put bright yellow yield signs at railroad intersections that only have black and white crossbucks right now.
The state's railroad commissioner says he hopes they'll help prevent crashes.
The signs have to be in place by next July.
Experts say increased rail traffic has brought more crashes to the Wisconsin intersections in recent years.
