A student expelled from Hudson High School for distributing nude photos of a female schoolmate has pleaded guilty in an agreement with prosecutors.
Seventeen-year-old Tyler Schultz will enter a diversion program and his record will be cleared if he stays out of trouble in the next year.
Schultz must find an alternative way to finish his high school education. He also must write a letter apologizing to the girl whose photos he distributed, although he can have no other contact with her.
Schultz and Michael Meyer-Senty were charged with defamation for posting the pictures in the boys' locker room. The girl said she had previously sent naked pictures of herself to boyfriends using her cell phone.
