Owners of a Green Bay area sports memorabilia shop are on the hot seat for allegedly copying Brett Favre's signatures by taking a sharpie over them and then selling them as the real thing.
State investigators raided the shop Friday.
A guy who manages Favre's autographed stuff got calls about the shop in October of 2004 went in, saw the bogus autographs and told workers to stop selling the stuff.
Later, he hired a private detective, who allegedly found fakes in the store.
Favre reportedly talked to agents in November about the alleged counterfeiting.
