Doyle in Eau Claire Today
Governor Doyle will be in Eau Claire today to talk about long-term care.
It’s another idea he announced in his "Affordability Agenda" during the State of the State speech.
The governor will be at Community Health Partnership in the East Ridge Center at 1:30.
He plans to announce state investment in long term care and to further discuss his proposal to expand family care statewide.
A pilot program that works to get seniors help in their home and keep them out of nursing homes is currently being run in five counties.
