Vacation Home Renters Need License
A Barron County Resort Owner says many people renting vacation homes in West-Central Wisconsin may not have the proper licenses.

Homeowners are supposed to get an annual permit from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services before renting their property.
Barron County Zoning Administrator David Gifford says it's hard to track down owners who have not followed the law, but the county does check out any complaints it receives.
