Monday is the first day you can get your hands on a free set of Milwaukee Brewers baseball cards from Eau Claire police.
The department will be giving them away, both at the front desk -- and through its officers who are out on patrol.
AAA Wisconsin provided the funding for 1,200 sets of cards.
On the back of each card is a safety message or words of advice from a brewers player.
"It's an opportunity for us to interact with the public and exchange advice or topics of interest as far as suggestions or just good living practices,” says Officer Jason Kaveney
He says the baseball card program has gotten great responses in the past.
The department says it will be giving the cards away until they're gone.
