No Contest Plea in Bar Fight Death
David Heisz was found guilty after pleading no contest to an amended charge.

A Gays Mills man is found guilty of killing another man outside a Vernon County bar.
26-year-old David Heisz was charged with an amended count of second degree reckless homicide. He was found guilty after pleading no contest.
According to the criminal complaint, Heisz and his cousin Mikeal Heisz got into a fight with Kelly Kuykendall at Pat's Corner Bar in Readstown. Kuykendall died from injuries he received in the fight.
Mikeal Heisz is in jail on charges stemming from the fight.
David Heisz will be sentenced in September.
