An Indiana truck driver has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a crash that killed five people on the interstate in Eau Claire County.
Michael Kozlowski was also ordered to stand trial Friday on the 33 charges against him.
At least 20 others were injured when their charter bus smashed into Kozlowski's overturned semi last October.
Eau Claire County Judge William Gabler decided prosecutors presented enough evidence to justify the charges against the 23-year-old man, including five counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
A criminal complaint says Kozlowski stayed out late partying in Indiana and eventually fell asleep at the wheel of his semi, triggering the crash near Osseo.
A March 22 status conference is scheduled.
