The body of a 17-year-old swimmer has been recovered from a Taylor County lake.
The Taylor County Sheriff's Department says 17-year-old Sean Ried drowned at Sackett's Lake Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say the boy was swimming with friends at Sacketts Lake in the Town of Molitor about 5:20 p.m. Authorities say the teen called for help, then went under water. Six agencies, including Medford police and fire departments, responded and the swimmer's body was recovered about an hour later.
