Man Found Dead Was Shot in the Vehicle
The Portage County Sheriff's Department says Travis Mills of Almond was shot nearly three hours before the traffic stop in Stevens Point, originally thought as a drunk driving stop.

Detectives say the 27-year-old man found dead in a backseat of a car was shot while inside the vehicle.
The Portage County Sheriff's Department says Travis Mills of Almond was shot nearly three hours before the traffic stop in Stevens Point, originally thought as a drunk driving stop.
The driver said he was on his way to the hospital.
Investigators still aren't sure if the shooting was intentional or an accident.
There was another passenger in the car.
Officers say all three of the men knew each other
