Winter Storm Subsides; Warning Expires For Large Part Of Viewing Area

National Weather Service Snow Totals as of 4:00pm Monday, March 13, 2006:

Eau Claire 5.5. to 7 inches
Haugen (Northern Barron County) 23 inches
Rice Lake (Barron County) 19 inches
Clear Lake (Polk County) 17 inches
Menomonie (Dunn County) 8.5 inches.

Also, slow traffic and heavy congestion on I-94 between Hudson and the Dunn County line in both directions.
