When I first heard that Barron County and the State of Wisconsin were charging Toro with these heinous crimes I hoped that they would conduct a thorough examination of the facts presented. I commend the court system of Wisconsin with their tenacity in pursuing this matter. I know it took an enormous amount of work to convict this sexual offender, especially with the time frame. Justice is not blind, nor is it only for the so-called powerful. The concerned citizens of Tampa Bay, and the state of Florida, have Wisconsin to thank for corralling this individual and his disdain for the truth. He stood at the pulpit and swore to his former congregation that ALL charges were false and that he did not even remember this family. How ironic it is that he recalled the victim and his family when his deviant behaviors were backed by solid evidence. Thank you again Wisconsin for uncovering Angel Toro as the FRAUD that he is! I attended UWEC and miss the lovely people of your area.
