A turkey causes a motorcycle to crash in Trempealeau County Saturday afternoon.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department says the motorcycle was headed east on Schuh Road in the Township of Trempealeau when the turkey flew into its windshield.

The driver and the passenger were thrown from the cycle.

Deputies say the passenger was taken by helicopter to a La Crosse hospital, and the driver was taken by ambulance.

Their names are not being released at this time.
