The Consumer Product Safety Commission wants to warn you about a pacifier recall.

The recall includes 115,000 "It's My Binky" personalized pacifiers.

The button, ring handle, and shield with nipple can come off, which creates a choking hazard.

These pacifiers have "Japlo" printed on the front of the shield.

They were sold in blue, white and pink with various words or designs printed on the button.

If you have one in your home, you are encouraged to take the pacifiers away from your children.

They can be returned to the store where you bought them for a free replacement.

The pacifiers were sold at Nordstrom and baby boutique retail stores nationwide

They were also sold online February 2006 through June 2008.
