Altoona Will Soon Have Money for Uniforms
The Altoona School District will soon have money to buy its show choir costumes and tear down a burned out building.

The Altoona School District will soon have money to buy its show choir costumes and tear down a burned out building.
Superintendent Greg Fahrman tells us the district's insurance company is giving the district $75,000 to replace the house that someone set on fire last month.
The district will also get $62,000 to replace the show choir costumes and props that burned.
Fahrman says the school will likely use the money to build a storage unit, demolish the burned house and another house next to it, and possibly build a parking lot.
Police arrested three teenagers for the arson.
