So does that mean all fishermen can refuse to give access to wardens?? Or is this just speial privileges for tournament fishermen? I think all tournaments should be banned, most of the fish die after all the hadling, and stress...
I am sure that (livewell inspections) play a part but it wasn't the only thing they complained about. My biggest thing is why does the DNR have more rights to illegal search than the police department does?? The police have very few rights to search anything but a Warden can do anything they want. Why is this allowed. The priorities of people sure are screwed up that a fish is more important than public safety.
Why are the tourny fishermen so worried aboutthe warden looking in the live wells? I guess it's alright for the he tourny anglers to have their limit and keep on fishing to try to get bigger fish but not alright for the average fisherman with his kids to do the same.
