I hope justice is served for the victims of this unnecessary crash. The co-defendant in the case should be the owner and all other top executives of the window manufacturer where this illegal alien was working illegally here in the U.S. If business interests had to face the human consequences of their choice to "look the other way," we'd wouldn't have all the carnage.
