We now know the name of the man who died in a motorcycle crash Saturday night.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says 53-year-old Richard Small from Warrens was driving on county Highway EW in the township of Lincoln just before 8pm Saturday night when the crash happened.

Deputies say he didn't turn for a curve, drove into a yard and hit a septic mound, causing him to be thrown from the motorcycle.

Deputies say he was the only one on the bike.
