Missing Milwaukee Boys Found

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Authorities have confirmed that the two bodies pulled from a lagoon are those of two Milwaukee boys who were missing for almost a month.

At a press conference this afternoon, Milwaukee police chief Nan Hegerty said the bodies were positively identified as those of 12-year old Quadrevion Henning and eleven-year-old Purvis Parker.

She said the first body was recovered last night around 7-20 P-M by a man and his son walking through McGovern Park.

Divers were summoned, who found the second body at 9-45 P-M.

Autopsy results indicated that the deaths were consistent with a drowning, and there was no evidence of injury or foul play.

A medical examiner says the condition of the bodies was consistent with having been submerged for the length of time since the kids were reported missing.
