The people working in the front office of the Eau Claire Express are hoping to average 3,000 fans per game this summer. That's quite an improvement over the 1,800 average the Express had last year.
This season, they're planning to add 20-seats dubbed "best in the house" near the first base side bullpen, and an alcohol-free family area on the third base side.
They're also bringing in a fireworks display and even a human cannonball.
"Businesses are jumping on board. They're trying to make an impact for their business, or just trying to promote their own company, so it's been very productive," said Dale Varsho, the team's Director of Operations.
The Express start their season in Wausau June first, and play their first home game on the third.
