At least they are looking at a bomb squad for northwest WI. That was the first thing I thought of when reading this article. I'm sure they are grants from the state and federal agencies to help with expenses. If based in EC agencies in the responding area should have to pay a fee for the service even if it is not in their jurisdiction. I personally think it is a good idea. Feel much safer with a bomb squad a lot close than 2 hours min. EC is well over 60000 people, they should start looking at more things like this to aid the community and surrounding communities.
