Two men are dead after separate boating incidents in Vilas County over the Labor Day weekend.
The sheriff's department says a 38-year-old man from Wauwatosa died Saturday night in a tubing accident on Saint Germain Lake in St. Germain.
Three and a half hours later, a 55-year-old man from Port Edwards drowned after falling into North Turtle Lake in Winchester.
Deputies responded to the North Turtle Lake incident after a woman started yelling her husband had fallen overboard. Sheriff's Lt. Gary Peske says deputies were unable to immediately find him, but did find him Sunday morning.
In the tubing accident, Peske says no one has been arrested and they are still investigating the incident.
