After a tragic fire that killed two little girls in Clark County, a law enforcement officer in Chippewa County was inspired to make security blankets for kids going through tough times.
The officer who wants to remain anonymous, donated 44 blankets Wednesday to the law enforcement agencies in Chippewa County.
The deputies and police officers can carry the fleece blankets with them in their squad cars, so when they need to comfort a child, they can wrap them up in a blanket.
The officer who made the blankets handed them out at the county wide meeting.
