The sister-in-law of the victim of a beating is banned from the sentencing hearing for the man convicted in the assault.
Marcy Kuykendall sent an email to the Vernon County district attorney, slamming the judicial system in the county.
A judge says Kuykendall also said she wanted David Heisz murdered in the courtroom.
Heisz is the man who pleaded no contest to second degree reckless homicide in the death of Kelly Kuykendall.
Police say Heisz and his cousin Mikeal got into a fight with Kuykendall at Pat's Corner Bar in Readstown.
Kuykendall died from his injuries.
David Heisz's sentencing is scheduled for October 20th.
