After people dropped off thousands of pills Wednesday night, one local sheriff's department is now helping you clean out your medicine cabinet more often.
So many people showed up, that it sparked an idea for the Dunn Sheriff's Department to have a collection bin available all the time.
Sheriff Dennis Smith says starting next week, people who live in Dunn County can take their old or unused prescriptions to the department's front office.
You can do that during business hours from 8 to 4:30 weekdays.
