Fatal Car Fire Victim Identified
The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department has confirmed the identity of the body found in a burned car. Deputies say no foul play is suspected at this time.

The Trempealeau County Sherriff's Department has confirmed the identity of the body found in a burned car on September 11th.
Deputies say the victim is Loren J. Thomley of Pigeon Falls, Wisconsin.
They say the Trempealeau County Coroners Office used dental records to identify Thomley.
The incident remains under investigation, but deputies say no foul play is suspected at this time.

We now know the name of the missing person whose vehicle was found burned in Trempealeau County last week
The sheriff's department says 54-year-old Loren Thomley of Pigeon Falls was reported missing last Thursday.
That morning his vehicle was found burned off a town road south of Osseo. Human remains were found inside.
The sheriff's department says the vehicle is registered to Thomley, but they are still waiting for lab results to identify the body that was in the vehicle.
