37-year old Stuart Kurschner is charged with stealing around $200,000 worth of computer equipment from Luther Hospital, where he was employed.

Investigations by Eau Claire Police and the FBI allege that from October of 2002 to March of last year, Kurschner sold the stolen computers and components online.

The case was dropped in Eau Claire County Court because the parts were shipped out of state, and the FBI could better investigate all the transactions.

Also indicted:
40 year-old Jody Lowe, also of Eau Claire. Lowe is charged with possessing and distributing pictures of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

27 year-old Michael Lluepke of Rice Lake is charged with multiple counts of possessing and distributing methamphetamine. He is schedule to go on trial next month, a charge of attempted escape was added.

33 year-old Christopher Charles of La Crosse faces a two count indictment for possessing a shot-gun that was less than the mandatory length of 26 inches, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

All are being prosecuted by U.S. Attorney Paul Connell.
