SICK!! he murdered this child and he gets a whole 8 years. That is terrible.2 skull fractures,shoulder and elbow dislocations and a broken back!! How many times was this poor baby thrown around or whatever he did to him. TERRIBLE

8 years for murder? the poor morals and values of these sick criminals infect society when punishments are so light from such a sick crime. these sick criminals deserve no rights and no compassion. i dont not believe in inhumane punishment, but a real punishment might send the message.

i agree with ellyn and justine the other things is why do you get more time for killing an adult that can defend theirselfs but less time for a little innocent child that cant. i beleive wisconsin should get the death penalty and anyone who kills a child or even hurts them severe shouldnt get another chance at life theres way to many people getting away with abusing and killing these children and it needs to stop hopefully this guy wont make it our of prision

I agree with Justine...this man should spend the rest of his life in prison and nothing less!!!! That or the death penalty but that would have been too good for him, he deserves life never to see the light of day again>

I believe people like this should be done like he did that baby and all these other freaks doing these crimes it's wrong didn't your parents teach u anything

i can't believe they would only give him 8 years. he murdered a baby who couldn't defend himself. he should have gotten life.
