The people in this story are so stupid. What the heck are they thinking?I think both of the people should get charged with the crime of theft but Rita should be charged with a stupidity crime. She should have been smarter than to enable her husband's little project. They should spend a very long time in jail and be ordered to be apart.Neither of them should be able to live on their own. They both need a responsible person to take care of them since neither one of them can be trusted. They both need to be put to hard labor at the scrap yard to pay back the scrap yard besides being forced to pay back the cash they stole.
