A Prairie du Chien prison guard charged with sexually assaulting inmates pleads guilty on amended charges.

James Trentin, 58, was charged with 22 counts of second-degree sexual assault and six counts of delivering illegal articles to inmates..

As part of the plea, he's now only charged with three counts.

Police say Trentin had sexual encounters with several inmates in exchange for tobacco, alcohol and other items.
