The Dunn County Sheriff's Department now has a permanent drop-off location for old medication at the judicial center.
The drop-off container will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The old medicine will then be taken to Saint Louis, Missouri to be incinerated.
Dunn County Sheriff, Dennis Smith, believes the container will help cut down on medication theft, and will protect Wisconsin waterways.
