Congressman Ron Kind estimates 2 million citizens in North Korea are starving, and that the recent missile tests are just for attention.

“I think what they crave more than anything is the respect of the international community to be treated as a co-equal, but that membership includes certain responsible actions being taken and they haven't demonstrated that level of responsibilities,” Kind said.

The guided missile destroyer U.S.S. Mustin is now in Japan in case North Korea launches more missiles. The Mustin is a state of the art warship capable of intercepting missiles.
