Two people were killed in a Door County resort explosion overnight.

Investigators say they were vacationing at the Cedar Grove Resort. It happened in Ellison Bay around 2:30 this morning. The Sister Bay-Liberty Grove Fire Department chief says the victim's bodies were found in the debris of three buildings that were damaged. Seven people were taken to Door County Memorial Hospital, five others were treated, or refused treatment.

Investigators are trying to figure out just how many explosions there were. They are also checking into a propane gas leak that may have triggered the explosion, but still haven't pinpointed a cause. Investigators from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms have also been called in to help determine what set off the blast.

The victims' names and ages haven't been released yet.
