The second Luther Midelfort Express Care opened its doors on Monday.
The new location is at Mega Foods West on Clairemont Avenue in Eau Claire. Express Care is a walk-in clinic for patients 18 months and older. It’s nurse practioners treat conditions like strep throat, sinus infections and other minor medical issues that need prompt treatment.
The clinic accepts insurance, and has a flat $50 rate for the uninsured.
The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
