City of Rochester, Minnesota leaders say members of Saudi Arabia’s royal family spent enough money during their visit this week to remedy the area's economic woes for the entire year.
Estimates of their spending range from $1 million to $2.5 million during an eight-day visit.
The Saudi Arabian King arrived in Rochester on November 15 for a check up at the Mayo Clinic. He was accompanied by at least 5 Saudi princes and hundreds of others.
The King left Wednesday, but others in the group are still there.
