Isaac Wolfe is one of only two people in the world part of this exclusive group.

The Fountain City baby is only the second reported baby born in the world after his mother, Lisa, had a surgical procedure, microwave endometrial ablation, to treat excessive menstrual pain and bleeding.

Dr. Janice Alexander, a Franciscan Skemp-Arcadia obstetrician-gynecologist, says out of 10,000 surgeries worldwide, only three women have become pregnant with a chance of survival. One pregnancy was terminated and the other baby had significant disabilities.

Alexander recently presented Isaac Lee's birth to the Global Congress of Minimally Invasive Gynecology meeting in Las Vegas.

Isaac was born March 11 and he is doing well.
