The owner of an adult care facility in Hudson is charged with sexually assaulting a male resident.
Thirty-year-old Carolyn Ann Lopez is accused of having sex with the 56-year-old man, who was being treated for mental illness and chemical dependency.
Lopez owns and operates Heartview in Hudson Township. A criminal complaint says Lopez denies having sex with the man, but told investigators she made late night visits to his residence and had kissed him twice.
Lopez is charged with second-degree sexual assault in St. Croix County Circuit Court. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12.
