Target says it laid off some seasonal workers from its Eau Claire location.
The company hasn't said how many people were let go, but that it was a small percentage of the store's seasonal hires.
The affected workers had only been there for two or three weeks.
Target says seasonal employees are typically let go after the holidays.
The company blames economic reasons beyond its control.
